- Organizing Committee (referred to as either “the Organizing Committee”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to the ISAD2025 Organizing Committee, c/o Fukui Prefectural University, 4-1-1 Matsuoka-Kenjojima, Eiheiji, Fukui 910-1142, Japan.

- Symposium Platform refers to the ISAD2025 Website and all related systems and services provided in connection with ISAD2025.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Symposium Platform, or the institution or entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using it.

- Protect and defend the rights or property of the Organizing Committee

Children’s Privacy
Our Symposium Platform does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
