TO PRESENTERS

Oral Presentation

・Present slides and talks in English.

・Prepare presentation so that it is within 20 minutes in length (including about five minutes for questions and comments).

・Copmputers (Windows and Mac) will be provided for oral presentation.

・Please submit your presentation data in forms of either PowerPoint or Keynote slides at the reception desk by a thumb drive at your arrival.

Poster Presentation

・Prepare and present posters in English

・Poster size must not exceed 1,189 mm tall and 841 mm wide.

・Put up your posters by 11:00 on 27th (Sat.) at the latest, and remove it by 18:00 before the dinner party.

・Thumbtacks will be available, and our staff will be there to help you find your place.
